Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground. 

Orders are shipped within the timeframes listed below:

- Retail Orders: 5-7 business days
- Wholesale Orders: 7-10 business days

Please let us know if you need your shipment expedited. We do our best to accommodate rush (expedited) shipments whenever possible. Express and Next Day delivery is also available. Please call or email us to discuss options for expedited shipment.

Payments

Your credit and debit card payments are made securely via Paypal.  We also accept checks and money orders.  Orders paid by check are held for 10 business days (Monday - Friday, not including bank holidays) to allow for funds clearance.  Please call us at (404) 438-9399 for order information for check and money order payments. 

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for exchange or refund of the purchase price.  Exchanges and refunds must be made within 15 days of shipment.  Please call or email us prior to returning products to request a refund or exchange.
