Spa Treatment

A
luxurious Shea Butter Foot Spa treatment is an excellent way to
relax, with an effective home spa treatment that makes feet look
and feel incredibly soft and smooth. Our feet
really take a daily pounding and can be overlooked when we focus
on caring for and moisturizing our skin. Feet are often one of the driest areas of our body.
Soaking, exfoliating, and moisturizing feet keep them feeling
smooth, soft and comfortable, with general relaxation benefits for
the entire body. Exfoliation is key for removal of dry skin,
and pure shea
butter is an superb moisturizer, that softens and
conditions dry
feet, and works exceptionally well for softening and smoothing
rough dry heels.
Your
feet will look and feel softer and smoother than ever with a Shea
Butter Foot Spa treatment.
This treatment includes soaking feet in pure sea salts, Dead Sea salts, and or epsom salts, to soften dry callused skin,
followed by scrubbing with an exfoliating pure sugar scrub moisturizing with
a rich shea butter cream. This
treatment not only softens rough, dry skin, but it also relaxes sore, aching
feet and is a wonderful pampering treatment, that leaves you
feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Soaking
feet in a relaxing foot bath with bath salts that contain epsom
salt hydrates and softens skin. A foaming sugar scrub is a
great choice for exfoliating and removing dry skin and exposing newer, younger
skin cells,
which allows moisturizing products to be absorbed more
effectively.
For
your Shea Butter Foot Treatment, you will need:
-
Bath
Salts
(My
favorite sea mineral bath salts are a fragrant blend of sea salts,
epsom salts and pure essential oils for a relaxing foot spa
experience.)
- Olive Oil Body Scrub,
an all natural foaming sugar scrub, scented with pure citrus and
fresh herbal essential oils.
- Shea Butter Moisturizer.
Directions:
Add
2 tablespoons of Bath Salts to a tub or foot bath with warm water. Soak
feet for 5 to 10 minutes. Apply sugar scrub and work into
lather, scrubbing feet, paying special attention to extra dry and
rough heels. Rinse feet. Pat dry and immediately
massage feet with shea butter
to seal in moisture and soften skin.
For
a complete spa foot treatment, trim toenails and apply nail polish
(if desired). Now, your feet feel as great as they look!
Note:
Sugar scrubs contain natural alpha hydroxy acids from the sugar
which dissolves dry skin while you massage the scrub onto your
feet. Natural foaming sugar scrubs contain cleansers that
deep clean your feet while exfoliating, and do the best job of
softening extra dry feet and removing dry skin.
