What is Shea Butter Oil?

Shea Butter Oil (also called Shea Oil)

Shea butter oil is produced during the process of making shea butter.  However a great deal more shea butter is produced during the shea butter extraction process than shea oil, making shea butter oil more expensive and rare.  

Shea butter Oil solidifies when chilled, but remains liquid at room temperature, making it better suited for skin care products when the qualities of shea butter are desired, but the texture of shea butter is too heavy.  Shea butter oil is a rich nourishing skin conditioner with the same nutrient qualities of shea butter.  It absorbs into skin quickly, and leaves skin feeling soft and conditioned.
